Tomato Vadam – the tradition

Vadam in general is a crispy snack, which is prepared during Indian Summers in households. It is hence a process and the most common activity during the summer. Another specialty is that these are of different types, and limited to just one or two. So, all those love crispy side crunches for lunch, these are just perfect. Not only with Lunch, but Vadams are also consumed as a snack, and are loved by children.
